If you get a real response, please do update

    • I’m expecting no response. If they send me a letter saying that they’ve received my e-mail and have taken it under consideration, I will be ecstatic. Also
I’m starting to be in a situation where I’m talking verbally to the regulators. If they really disagree with what I’ve wrote, I’ll likely get a phone call, we
have a meeting, and then discuss the issue verbally. If I get into a situation where the regulators very strongly disagree with what I write, I’ll make a note of it.

Bureaucrats in fact have extremely good reasons not to take any position early. They don’t want to do anything wrong, and the reason I’d like to drive the process is
that they may not in fact have a clear idea as to what they want.
